On May 17, 2009, Pacific Ethanol Holding Co. LLC and four (4) of its’ subsidiaries (collectively, the “Debtors”) filed petitions in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware seeking relief under chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtors' cases have been assigned to Judge Kevin Gross. The Debtors have filed a motion seeking to jointly administer these cases, and if approved, all pleadings filed in these cases will be reflected on case docket 09-11713 (“the Main Case Docket”).
